Your training program - individually tailored to you!
How it works:
- 1. Initial Contact & Video Analysis - You send me videos of your lifts and I’ll provide a brief initial analysis.
- 2. Goal Setting & Planning - We discuss your goals, training frequency and all key details to set up your plan.
- 3. Getting started - Once payment is received, I’ll create your individual training plan to get you started.
- 4. Technique Analysis - After each session you send me your training videos, and you receive detailed feedback within 24h
- 5. Flexible Weekly Planning - Number, duration & intensity of sessions are adjusted every week
- 6. Flexible Breaks - If you’re ill, injured or on vacation, coaching can be paused and resumed later — no problem.
