Weightlifting Seminar

Improve your technique – with targeted coaching, individual feedback and maximum practical relevance.
The intensive technique seminar is aimed at CrossFit boxes and clubs with appropriate barbell equipment, who want to offer their members the opportunity to specifically improve their technique in Olympic Weightlifting.

Content & Process

In this compact, hands-on seminar (approx. 2.5 hours), you’ll benefit from a clear and well-structured training approach.:

  • Warm-up & Mobility:
    Functional preparation for complex movement patterns.
  • Technique Basics:
    Refresher on the fundamental principles of posture, grip and movement control.
  • Specific Preparatory Exercises:
    Targeted drills and movement progressions for the Snatch, Clean or Jerk, depending on your chosen focus.
  • Main Part – Technical Work on the Lift:
    Intensive work on execution with individual analysis, correction and instant feedback.
  • Optional Video Analysis (in advance):
    Participants may submit videos of their lifts in advance. These will be reviewed beforehand to tailor the seminar even more closely to individual needs.
Number of Participants & Support

To ensure high-quality support, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 6 people.
In a large hall with enough platforms and barbell equipment, up to 9 people are also possible.
This way each participant receives personal corrections, targeted advice and effective coaching impulses.
